Finding That Balance

It all began with this thought in my mind, our mother earth is tilted, it is tilted on its axis and because of this tilt there ae beautiful seasons, there is a balance maintained between the hemispheres, even the orbit of the earth around the sun is not a perfect circle it is elliptical, the nature finds its balance not in perfection, but in what works and for million and millions of years our planet is surviving because of the perfect balance that exists in the universe. Because of this we are having life on our planet. This thought that we are part of this vast cosmos that is surviving because of the balance that is maintained between planets, stars, galaxies etc humbles me and then sometimes I look around me and see the sunlight clapping the earth, moonlight kissing the trees, a tiny beautiful flower growing out between the cracks of a rock, a bird making a nest to lay her eggs, and I am overwhelmed , I am  moved at this display of nature, how perfectly balanced everything is  in the nature I think. In nature one acorn can create a forest, without much hullabaloo. Are we human beings then  a misfit in this whole nature thingy? Are we the only ones who are trying to use their mind and brain and invalidating the effort of that acorn that created the forest by destroying the forest or are we placed on this planet with a bigger purpose of maintaining some kind of balance in the universe? Why were we humans put on this planet after all? We must have also at some point of time when the life on this planet started, been put here by the nature with a role in this vast cosmos? What is the role that we have in this cosmos? Surely, we human beings are no ordinary ‘life’. This question bothers me a lot. But surely what I infer from the whole play of the Cosmos is that maintaining the balance is very important, remain in your path, do not deviate from it, hold your character do not deviate from it, be patient and let time do its job of moving ahead. Well, it all sounds so simple but maintaining the balance for humans has been the most difficult ask. There is no such thing as life balance for us humans, we tend to always over do things – more riches, more power, more hate, more love, more knowledge,  more speed, more everything because  we think that everything worth fighting for must unbalance our life. But then again, I look at the sun and wonder what if this sun also thought the same way and decides to unbalance it all?
